This new dwelling will be situated in close proximity to the existing development footprint, albeit in a more compact arrangement. The design of the proposed development has been meticulously planned, aiming to replace the widely spaced existing structures with a modern home.
The new building will reach a height of 5.6 meters, matching the tallest section of the current buildings. The proposed residence will cover an area of 327 square meters and is designed to harmonize with the site’s topography, resulting in a unique dwelling that integrates seamlessly into the environment. The exterior will feature a combination of brick facing and a render finish. The proposal includes a layout featuring six bedrooms, two WCs, a cinema room, a kitchen dining area, a snug room, a sitting room, a study room, a utility room, a cloakroom, and a boot room.
