5-Star Luxury Hotel Development – Concept Proposal

This proposal outlines the development of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel set on approximately 1.59 hectares of prime coastal land, featuring direct beach access and breath taking panoramic ocean views. Designed to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience, the hotel will rise to two to three storeys, subject to final client direction as the design evolves.

The development will comprise approximately 200 elegantly appointed guest rooms and suites, carefully designed to embody the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and refined sophistication. The overall architectural concept will seamlessly integrate contemporary elegance with timeless resort-style charm, creating a distinctive and iconic hospitality destination.

A comprehensive hotel design master plan is currently being developed as part of a major mixed-use project in Angola. This master plan encompasses strategic planning, architectural concept development, spatial organisation, guest experience optimisation, sustainability integration, and long-term operational efficiency. It will serve as a guiding framework to ensure cohesive design quality, functional excellence, and alignment with international hospitality standards, while remaining sensitive and responsive to the local cultural, environmental, and climatic context.
