We begin with a free initial consultation, where we discuss your ideas, goals, and aspirations. This helps us ensure the project aligns with your vision, budget, and timeline. During this stage, we define the project scope and identify any early constraints or opportunities. We then develop a detailed brief that captures your needs, desires, and expectations — all of which is presented in our fee proposal document.

We transform your brief into creative concepts for your home, exploring a range of design options and layouts. Together, we’ll refine these ideas, incorporating your feedback to develop a cohesive design that truly reflects your lifestyle. This stage also includes an initial site analysis, allowing us to identify relevant planning considerations and regulatory requirements.

Once the concept is approved, we develop the design in greater detail, exploring the look and feel of your home including materials,  Interior Design finishes, and key architectural elements. We advise you on planning requirements and regulatory standards, and, where needed, prepare all planning drawings and documents for submission.

At this stage, we concentrate on the technical aspects of the design, coordinating input from structural engineers and other specialist consultants. The outcome is a comprehensive set of documents technical drawings and detailed specifications that allow contractors to provide accurate pricing and enable the submission of the Building Regulations application. This ensures everything is fully prepared for construction to begin.

We oversee the construction process to ensure the work is delivered in line with the design, regulations, and quality standards. We collaborate closely with you to integrate your chosen fittings and finishes seamlessly into the build. Through regular site visits, we monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and review and authorise the contractor’s payment claims.

Once your home is complete, we make sure every detail meets your expectations, addressing any final adjustments as needed. We also assist with securing the required certifications and ensure you are fully satisfied with the finished result.
