STAGES 0-1


We begin with a free initial consultation to explore your ideas, goals, and aspirations, ensuring the project aligns with your vision, budget, and timeline. During this stage, we define the project scope and identify early constraints or opportunities that may influence the direction. We then develop a clear, detailed brief capturing your needs, preferences, and expectations, all of which is summarised and presented transparently within our tailored fee proposal document carefully.

STAGES 0-2

Once the concept is approved, we advance the design with detailed spatial coordination, refining layouts and defining the look and feel of your home through considered materials, interior finishes, and key architectural elements. We guide you through planning requirements and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance. Where required, we also prepare all necessary planning drawings, supporting documents, and coordinated information for submission to the local authority for comprehensive review and timely approval process.

STAGES 0-3

Once the concept is approved, we progress the design through detailed spatial coordination, refining room layouts and defining the look and feel of your home through carefully selected materials, interior finishes, and architectural elements. We provide guidance on planning requirements and regulatory standards, and when needed, prepare all planning drawings, supporting documents, and coordinated information required for a complete and compliant submission package.

STAGES 0-4

Spatial Technical Design At this stage, we concentrate on the technical aspects of the design, coordinating input from structural engineers and other specialist consultants. The outcome is a comprehensive set of documents—technical drawings and detailed specifications—that allow contractors to provide accurate pricing and enable the submission of the Building Regulations application. This ensures everything is fully prepared for construction to begin.

STAGES 0-5

Construction We oversee the construction process to ensure the work is delivered in line with the design, regulations, and quality standards. We collaborate closely with you to integrate your chosen fittings and finishes seamlessly into the build. Through regular site visits, we monitor progress, address any issues that arise, and review and authorise the contractor’s payment claims.

STAGES 0-6

Once your home is complete, we conduct a thorough handover process to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations and the agreed design. We identify and resolve any final adjustments, coordinate necessary certifications, and provide clear documentation, ensuring you feel confident, informed, fully satisfied with the final outcome, and supported throughout the stages of your project
